Our 2024 AGM
Thank you to everyone that attended our AGM on Thursday 23rd May, either in person or online. We were delighted to share insights to our services, support, projects and campaigns.
Our AGM was hosted by our Deputy Chair of Trustees, Rachel Redfern and our CEO, Julie Parker. Both provided an overview of recent changes to our charity. This included our new Wellbeing Centre (Leigh Park) and Mental Health Hub (Havant). Attendees heard financial updates and voted on matters related to HEH Mind governance. This was followed by summary presentations from each area and service within HEH Mind.
Throughout the presentations and discussions after, we shared and heard many wonderful stories about staff, volunteer, service user, fundraiser, champion and supporter experiences. Regarding accessing services, visiting Safe Haven(s), attending training courses, hosting fundraising and/ or signposting and campaigning; a HUGE thank you to everyone that shared with us yesterday; and throughout the last year.
Our AGM was opened with music from Leigh Park Community Singers and closed with a track recorded by the young people within our Lighthouse service. We thank both for their performances.
For the rest of 2024 and into 2025; we have exciting opportunities for volunteers, fundraisers and supporters to get involved in. We look forward to talking with you in the coming weeks and months.
