We are proud to be affiliated to Mind, the national charity based in London, but importantly we are a separate and independent charity. We work together and collaborate with the national charity and the other 100 local Minds across England, Wales and the Channel Islands. As an independent charity, with our own Trustees based in Hampshire, we set our own strategies, policies and processes and decide where and how we allocate our resources to support local individuals and groups across Hampshire.
If you wish to donate, fundraise or support Havant and East Hants Mind and directly aid the work happening across South and East Hampshire, please search for and select ‘Havant and East Hants Mind’ when donating or setting up your fundraising pages.
All our services are built with local communities in mind, so we can tailor services and support to the needs of our community. We have our Wellbeing Centre and Adult Safe Haven in Leigh Park, along with Young People’s Lighthouse and our Mental Health Hub and Young People’s Safe Haven in Havant. Additionally, and remotely, our families, workplace and sports club support are available across the whole of Hampshire. Being local, means we understand our community, and can provide services that people need locally.
