Sandra abseils the Spinnaker Tower
At the end of April Sandra completed the quite remarkable 100 metre abseil of Spinnaker Tower. In doing so Sandra raised awareness and over £360 for Havant and East Hants Mind.
We would like to say a huge thank you to Sandra for abseiling Portsmouth’s iconic Spinnaker Tower and sharing the message that its ok to need support.
Sandra stated “I’ve known so many people that have had and still suffer with mental health issues including myself. It’s heartbreaking when you can’t take the pain away, but one thing I have learnt is that it’s good to talk and that it’s definitely ok not to be ok”
