Havant and East Hants Mind Children and Young Peoples Wellbeing Service supports children and young people to build resilience and to achieve and maintain positive mental health and wellbeing. This ranges from one-to-one support and group work, to outreach into the community and community engagement to provide a range of interventions and activities to support children and young people to manage their own mental health needs.
We are recruiting two part-time Wellbeing Practitioners, one to support our Young Person’s Safe Haven Project. and a second post working across both Safe Haven and The Lighthouse Project.

We have an exciting opportunity to within our established Adult Wellbeing team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated person to join our established team at HEH Mind. Could this be a role be for you?
HEH Mind successfully manage and run a range of recovery services for adults with mental health needs in Havant and East Hampshire. We offer a variety of client focused interventions; these range from assessments, reviews and group work through community engagement to empower people to manage their own mental health needs.
The post is for 24 hours per week and would ideally be covering Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Havant and East Hants (HEH) Mind is excited to announce the launch of a new community support hub for neurodiverse adults this autumn. Thanks to a newly awarded grant from Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, HEH Mind will deliver a 12-month pilot project offering tailored support for ADHD and Autistic adults.
As part of this initiative, two dedicated Practitioners will join HEH Mind’s Wellbeing Team to provide a range of support, advice, and resources to neurodiverse adults aged 18 and over. The service will be accessible to individuals who are pre-diagnosis, or without a formal diagnosis, as well as those with a confirmed diagnosis. Referrals will be accepted from self-referring individuals and professionals.
The role will be 2 x 30-hour post and the service will operate between Monday – Wednesday 2pm – 6pm and Thursday and Friday 9am – 1pm. Note both facilitators will have 7 hours per week for admin, training and supervision.
